City Office Services
The City Office is open Monday through Friday from 8am-12pm and 1pm-5pm. The City Office is located at 411 6th Street in Arapahoe.
Building Permits
As a zoning municipality, Arapahoe requires individuals to have a building permit before building, constructing, removing or demolishing any building or structure within city limits. The first step of this process is to download, complete and submit the document below to the city office staff including the $25 fee. The proposed plans must follow city ordinances and zoning requirements. The applications are reviewed by the Planning Commission during their monthly meetings, and then the City Council reviews them before any work on the project may begin. Upon approval or disapproval, the City Office staff mail the results and application to the applicant.

Dog Licenses
The City of Arapahoe requires all dogs within city limits to be licensed. There is a fee of $3.00 to license a dog. Proof of current rabies shot must be proven prior to the issue of the license. Community members should bring in a copy of the rabies shot record and $3 to the City Office, then the staff will give you a dog tag and receipt.
Golf Memberships
The Arapahoe Municipal Golf Course is owned and operated by the City of Arapahoe. Annual memberships (January to December) can be purchased through the City Office. If you would like your membership dues rationed onto each utility bill, please contact Dixie Sickels at 308-962-7445.

You can purchase your Season Passes, online here, OR you can download the Season Pass Form here and bring in your payment. Please watch for opening and closing dates, swim meets, and lap swim dates and times on their Facebook page.
